Mælust is a new public Rust survival PvP server with 75 players on a 4250m² procedural map offering you a unique experience thanks to plugins developed exclusively for this server!

Server performance

• The server is protected by four anti-cheat protection.

Facepunch Wipe

The server follows the official resets (imposed by Facepunch). This means that a reset is performed every month.

Player-Related Features

Suicide Penalty

Using the “kill” command activates the cooldown of all the player’s beds.

Limited Group Size

The maximum group size is limited to two players. This limit does not prevent you from playing with additional friends! Only the size of a group and the number of people registered on a Cupboard Tool is limited.

Blueprints

Most of the recipes are known by default and it is always possible to learn the remaining recipes in the standard way. Some packages can teach you more. These different packages do not bring any PvP advantage!

Headhunters’ mode

Wanted players are exposed on the map. Anyone who recycles their head will be rewarded!

Base-Related Features

• The upkeep cost has been reduced.
• Minicopters and Scrap Transport Helicopters no longer decay when protected by an active Tool Cupboard.
• SAM Sites only attack players who are not registered on the Tool Cupboard.
• The Tool Gun allows players to destroy their entities and structures.
• A player can only own a maximum of two Sleeping Bags and five Beds simultaneously. (2 + 5)
• Players’ bases can be protected while offline from foreign players if the Tool Cupboard has sufficient power.
• The maximum number of players registered on a Tool Cupboard is limited to two.
• It is now possible to mark your base on the map and compass.

Monument-Related Features

EMP Dome

Some monuments are protected by an EMP dome. Players will lose control of their flying device if it enters this one.

Launch Site

• A special magnetic card is now required to open the door. This card is found in the Bradley’s casings.
• The Bradley’s resistance has been reduced.

Quarries Under Protection

• The quarries are now protected by several Autoturrets under the orders of the player using the quarry and his teammates. Other players must destroy all the turrets to disable the machine.
• Resources are only accessible when the machine is turned off.
• Only the player who turned the machine on can turn it off.
• The user is informed when a turret is attacked.

Event-Related Features

Improved Helicopter Patrol

• The helicopter will now only attack players who are hostile or holding a weapon.
• It will, however, attack anyone entering certain monuments.

Locked Crate Random

The Locked Crates appearing randomly on the different monuments now create a hunting zone. Any player entering this area will be wanted.

Improved Air Drop

Air Drops are affected by the wind and can therefore deviate from their initial trajectory. A possible landing zone is displayed on the map.
